Principles of Non-Discrimination:
CSIM provides certification services to all applicants who meet the certification requirements, without discrimination based on race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation, or any other protected characteristic. We ensure that all policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly to all applicants and certified entities.

Impartiality and Objectivity:
We conduct all certification activities with integrity and impartiality, basing our decisions solely on objective evidence. Our personnel are required to remain free from conflicts of interest that could influence their judgment. To maintain our impartiality, CSIM does not provide consultancy services that could compromise our objectivity in the certification process.

Accessibility and Transparency:
CSIM is committed to making all certification requirements, processes, and fees publicly available. Applicants and certified entities have the right to appeal decisions if they believe they have been treated unfairly. Complaints and appeals are addressed through a transparent, documented, and fair process to ensure accountability.
